This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Lume, including through our APIs and SDKs. Breaking it can lead to suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
Collect lawfully
- Send traffic only from websites, apps and services you own or are authorized to measure.
- Give your visitors the notice, and get the consent, that the law requires for the data you send.
- Do not deliberately send special-category data, government identifiers, payment-card data, passwords or credentials, for example by putting them in a URL path, a referrer or the optional agent-protocol fields.
- Do not try to re-identify individuals from truncated IP prefixes or other data in the Service.
Use plans fairly
- One free organization per person or business. Do not create multiple free organizations or accounts to get around plan limits.
- Do not share accounts or tokens with third parties to give them access you have not paid for.
- Do not resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
Respect the Service
- Do not probe, scan or test the security of the Service without our written permission. Report vulnerabilities to us instead (see our security page).
- Do not get around rate limits, plan limits, authentication or tenant boundaries.
- Do not overload the Service or send traffic designed to disrupt it.
- Do not reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it or an open-source licence permits it.
- Do not scrape the dashboard or copy the agent catalog to build a competing product.
Respect others
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent.
- Do not use verification or identification results to impersonate an agent, operator or person.
- Do not use the Service to infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.
