What counts as an event?
An event is a single request Lume ingests: a page view or a tracked REST call. Human, bot, and AI-agent requests all count, because seeing the whole picture is the point. You are only billed for events you send, and Lume never stores a full client IP in the process.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?
You get a soft email nudge as you approach the limit and a hard block at it. Lume never deletes your data. You simply upgrade or wait for the next month.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 100,000 events per month on one project, no card required. Upgrade only when your traffic outgrows it.
What is the Identification API?
Send a request’s headers and Lume returns the agent’s verified identity: operator, type, and whether it is authentic. Available on Solo and up.
Can I add team members?
Team access is included on Solo, Growth, and Enterprise.
