Using Lume
By creating an account or sending events to Lume, you agree to these terms. You’re responsible for the data you send and for having the right to send it.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed on an event-based basis as described on the pricing page. Reaching a plan limit pauses new ingestion; it never deletes your existing data.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Lume to violate the law or others’ rights, or to send data you aren’t permitted to collect.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Lume available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is.” We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
